it would depend on whether or not vm has sold enough of their current iphone line up to justify offering the iphone 5. i dont count it out at all.

Yeah, don't count on it. Virgin is not a carrier that gets high end devices right away. I imagine you'll see it within a year / year and a half though if the 4S has sold well enough.

3-6 months, if not later.
Being LTE, I would count on later, by as much as a year or more. I would expect something non-Iphone LTE before we see the Iphone 5 on Virgin. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if only Boost gets it.
