iPhone 5 to Nexus 5

So I am patiently waiting for my Nexus 5 to arrive. Currently I have an iPhone 5 which uses the nano sim and I know that the N5 uses the micro sim. Will ATT give me a new sim without any hassle? I have an old micro sim from another phone can I call and activate that over the phone?

They should. Just explain you are buying the Nexus 5 put of contract and need the replacement sim. Better yet do it when you get the phone and then you can just pop it into the phone

I buy phones like crazy (and sell the one I have to pay for it) and have had to do this from time to time. ATT has never had an issue with it.

Make sure it's a corp store. An authorized reseller might charge you $20 for the sim.

You can get one through AT&T or buy a sim adapter like I did. Works perfectly fine with my nano sim from my iPhone.

Like everyone said. AT&T will give you one just make sure you go to the corporate branch so that it is free. I have done it multiple times this year from Iphone 5 > Lumia 920 > Galaxy S4 > Nexus 5 (same Micro SIM)
