IR Blaster and Peel Remote app not working on my new Note 4

I just got my new replacement warranty, and I can't seem to make it work. My previous Note 4 worked perfectly with Peel Remote. I tried to set it up with my Samsung TV but no luck. I am on TMOBILE, Android version 6.01. Please see attached pic.

Since its a replacement device have you updated the Peel app?
Can you test it with another device?
Does the stock samsung remote work with the tv?
no case thats accidently covering the port?

So it seems it was a hardware issue. I just got another replacement, same set up like my original Note 4. Works now. Too bad subsequent Galaxy phones no longer have this handy feature.
