Is a simcard code the same as a sim puck code?

My phone kepted telling me to sign in to my Android system but I was already ready using it. And I tried everything to fix it and it locked my sim card. Can I get a code even though I have a Qlink phone? Sorry if this is a dumb question

The PUK code is usually printed on the credit card-sized card the SIM is punched out from. If you no longer have that card your carrier should be able to supply the code if you reach out to the support team.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What do you mean that it asked you to sign into your "Android system" but you were already using it? Do you mean it was asking for your screen lock PIN/password/pattern?

How do you know your SIM card is locked? Are you able to open apps, but just can't make calls or access mobile data? Or are you locked out of your phone, with the lockscreen showing and not accepting what you think is the correct unlock PIN/password/pattern?
