Is all Cloud storage free?

Whatever I buy from Google Play, will it be stored for free on Cloud? Or is there a limit? Their description of "tons of storage" made me a little leery.

I think as long as the app you bought is still on the Play Store, you will able to download it.

The same goes for your movies, songs and books as well.
