AC Question
I've had my Samsung Galaxy S6 since December 22nd and I've been very happy with it. The new device has been functioning perfectly fine, but about a week back I began having a bit of a hard time getting the included Adaptive Fast Charging cable to connect correctly. I always seemed to have to place my phone in certain position in order for the cord to work, although afterwards, it charged like normal, generally in the usual span of an hour and fifteen minutes or so. However, eventually it got worse, to the point that I had to use electrical tape to hold the cord in the correct position. Today, it was not working at all, so I adjusted it and found that the cable would not work no matter what position I placed it in. I removed the tape, only to see that my charger had burned all the way through the cable near where it connected to my phone, severing most of the wiring and melting it down to its bare bones. Up to this point, the charger had not become hotter than maybe a cup of coffee, though it always seemed to raise my phone's temperature by a few degress, if not too much so. Is anyone else having this problem? What should I do?
