Is anyone else having sudden sparks while charging Samson A5?

[Android Central Question]

I got a Samson A5 Oct. 15...two days ago while charging a mass amount of sparks began coming from the plug/phone Now it won't charge and I think it is burnt out. If we weren't home it would have started a fire
Where do I report/complain
