Ok, so after 1hr 37mins, I was told that the reason my price went down is because the car dock is on back order. He said that the rest of my order is processing as normal for a delivery on or before 6 March. Oh, and now he's saying that my order can be cancelled, but I have to call 866-746-1081. This after a few days ago I was told it can't be cancelled. We'll see what this idiot tells me...of course I'm on hold again.
edit: the idiot Indian call center rep told me they couldn't help me, that they could transfer me to Premier customer support. When I tried to argue that I just got off the phone with them, she just put me on hold. I'm so f'in pissed right now!!!!!!!!!
