Is call forwarding disabled on the Galaxy s6 with Sprint?

I followed all of the directions for call forwarding through the phone app, but there is no option for call forwarding on my phone. Does anyone know how to forward calls if this is the case?

I've never had to do it but in Sprints website, there are detailed directions on how to do it.
