Is insignia a decent brand of charger?

I got a phone from best buy and picked up an insignia charger with it. Wondering if it's an "off brand" or can I trust it

I would not quite say they are "off brand" BUT they are a lessor known company. They make a lot of low to mid range TVs. I'd put them on par with TCL, but they are NOT Samsung, Vizio, or Sony.

best buys store brand. I have a blue ray DVD player and HD radio made by Insignia... no complaints.
