Can't really tell from the pre order page.

Anyone have solid info one way or another? If it is, this will truly be the perfect phone.

It is. When I ordered mine they asked if it was going to be used internationally.

I just chatted with a rep and got this:
Courtney: Hello. Thank you for visiting our chat service. May I help you with your order today?
Ben: Yes, I'm a little confused about what "Global Ready" means on your order page for the Galaxy Note II
Courtney: I'd be happy to assist you.
Courtney: That means this phone can be used internationally.
Courtney: Are you a new customer./
Ben: No, existing. Does that equate to GSM bands?
Ben: I would like to use the phone on my trips to Germany is why I'm asking. I used to have a Touch Pro 2 that worked great over there.
Courtney: Yes it will.

I'd buy this phone right now if I was absolutely sure it was fully global. I also spoke with CS rep who said it would work on GSM bands. But, I'm a little wary because every other "Global Ready" phone on Verizon website specifically says GSM. I travel internationally a lot for work and I need both SIM Card and GSM. If anyone has definitive answer on GSM for this phone, please let us know.
