Is it OK to disable Galaxy Apps?

I have in my Apps a thing called Galaxy Apps (51.78 MB) Is it OK to disable it. I do not use it and am trying to free up some space.

Yep, that's more than OK to disable whenever. Galaxy Apps is basically another App Store run by Samsung.
