Is it okay to install a official samsung ROM from another country (Russia) ? GALAXY A7

is it okay to install a official samsung ROM from another country (Russia) ?
I have Galaxy A7 (SM-A700FD) . I haven't received any update in PAKISTAN but want to update my phone to LOLLIPOP through ODIN.
What will happen if I flash a different ROM ?
My phone doesn't have a mobile carrier like AT and T-mobile..

Hi, from experience it will be fine - you might need to change the language of the phone once the software is installed, but apart from that it should be okay.
