Is it okay to remove the .txt files stored in My files?

Is it okay to remove the .txt files stored in My files? My phone is nearly out of space, even with an SD card, and I noticed hundreds of .txt files in My Files. Seems that many applications add a file every time a new action is performed.

Welcome to Android Central! How big are the .txt files? These kinds of files are usually only a few K in size, so deleting them probably won't gain much. Read each file before deleting it - it may be something you need. (.txt files are human-readable.)
