So here is the thing : On my old phone and i mean reaaally old one (sony xperia ray) there was a possibility to send and receive mms without turning mobile data on manually. Every time the phone did it, and i didn't have to worry about it. While on Zenfone 2 as far as i noticed, i can't send or receive mms if i don't turn mobile data manually. Or maybe i'm just missing something in settings ?
So the question : is it possible to send/receive mms without manual finger labor ? :))
It's not a big problem, but quite an annoying one.
I'm not one of those people who has to be online 24/7, and i kinda like having longer battery life >:) So, don't tell me to keep my mobile data always on and rather enlighten me about what i've asked.
If my question wasn't clear enough, i will gladly try and explain it :)

Having mobile data on uses very little battery. If you don't have mobile data in there's no way your device is going to know there's an sms for it unless it's a psychic. If you wanted you could use tasker to set up mobile data to come on at scheduled times.

A psychic you say...i wonder how my 5 year old phone managed to do that ;) Anyways, thanks for a reply, will test battery usage then and tasker as well :)
