Is it possible to add bluetooth headphone support to Sony TVs?

Sony TVs are based on Android 6 these days. They also have bluetooth, but for some mysterious reason no support for bluetooth headphones. Would it be possible to add this functionality?

Yes, I know. But using a device on the headphone output usually switches off the speakers......

Wouldn't you want that to happen?

Why would you want the speaker output on while you are listening through your headphones?

I want to use Bluetooth for the receiver of hearing aids, so the speakers should still be active for other people.
