is it possible to bend my samsung galaxy note 4 while holding it?

I have samsung galaxy note 4, i am a bad user of phone sometimes it seems to me i am bushing hard on the phone while playing a game or watching a video, but not that hard that breaks a normal phone. So can i bend my phone while holding it hardly.

I won't say it's not possible. However, I've never heard of this being an issue so I wouldn't worry about it. Just be mindful with the amount of force you are putting on the device when playing games.
