is it possible to flash kernels from other roms to my current one

I want leedroid sense 3.0 kernel on my phone but im running Rumrunner rom. is it going to work?

Yeah dude. Check xda forums, get the kernal zip and load it. I think ROM manager can handle it, it used to. Just check it works for your rom version.
