Is it possible to get rid of icons

In the active call screen. The ones you see while you are actually on a call with someone?

Also is there a way to remove the picture add on's as well, the funny ear and stuff?

What app are you using that you are seeing this on the call screen?

Those are stickers. Usually if you're talking to someone with the same phone as you or newer, they will show up. I don't know about whether or not there's a way to disable that though.
