Is it possible to increase Phone storage of Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime to include SD gigabytes?

Hello!

The Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime only has 8GB on the Phone but it can
hold a 128GB SD.

Is there a way to connect the phone 8GB with the 128GB SD so that I can install more Apps?

Questions: If it is possible to do,

1. What is the best and most reliable Apps to accomplish that process with or
2. Where are the best instructions to follow to accomplish the process with.
3. If there is a YouTube or instructional Video to learn how the process could be done, can someone provide the link.

Welcome to the forums. Your best hope would be if there is a custom ROM out there that has Android 6.0 and utilizes Adoptive storage. This sort of thing can't be forced on an OS that doesn't support it.
