Is it possible to listen to media on my s9+ while i play music on a bluetooth speaker?

I have YouTube playing and synced to the to the sound bar. At the same time I am scrolling my phone and would like certain media to play on the phone instead of the sound bar. Is it possible with the galaxy s9+ to do this?

The S9 has dual audio capability. It's in the settings.

As mentioned above, that is a feature of the phone. In the phone's Settings, go to Sounds and Vibration, and select Separate App Sound. Mix and match from there.
