Is it possible to lock in user name and passwords in installed apps?

I want to lock in my user name and passwords on installed apps.

The app developer decides if the credentials will be saved for automatic login. My Time Warner apps remember me and automatically log in while my bank and credit card apps don't. There are obvious security concerns with the banking apps. I have a password manager that will auto-fill (well, semi-auto) the login screens.
