Is it possible to remove unwanted fonts

is it possible to remove unwanted fonts from a Rooted GalaxyS22+? There's just too many, how many NotoSansMyanmar does a person need?
Any help would be great

they came with The phone

in my system file when i try to dele it says access denied
when i try to mount the system file as R/w it says its read only
