Is it possible to share My Emoji Stickers on the Instagram app?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Android 10. Yesterday, I discovered that AR emojis had been updated from Android 9 and looked much better now. I installed the My Emoji Stickers app and created my own emoji. But when try to share it in DMs on Instagram, it gives the error, 'Could not deliver, please try again'. When I try again it says, 'Cannot send message'. I looked it up online, and according to what I read, you can only share it on the Messages app. Is that true and if not, how can I use it on Instagram?
