Is it possible to turn off the cellular radio on my Samsung s7 edge

Going to Cuba and the resort we are going to charges for wifi.
We can buy wifi access cards to use and I want to be able to share this access so we only have to buy one card at a time. I would use the built in wifi hotspot on the S7 to do this.
My problem is, when I go into airplane mode, and turn my wifi back on, the phone will not allow me to open a hotspot to share wifi access.
I can disable data by disabling data roaming and mobile data but is there a way to also shut off the cellular radio?

Any help would be appreciated!

You cannot have hotspot or wifi direct on to use wifi from another source, It is either one or the other, not all at the same time
