Is it worth upgrading now to 4.3?

Have most of the bugs been worked out? And how do I update it since I'm rooted?

Don't know about the bugs, but you would either have to unroot and accept the OTA, or flash the ROM.

Or flash one of the many 4.3 rooted ROMs that exist. I've been running Infamous for the last 6 weeks and loving it.

Upgraded to 4.3. Haven't noticed too many bugs but the phone is quick stock. I've used custom ROM'S on my S3 and it turned to garbage I would just stick with stock unless you use apps that need rooted permissions or really want Kit Kat now but even those have crazy bugs
