Is Kit Kat on New Phones?

Just ordered a LG G2 from Best Buy. Does anyone know if this will come with Kit Kat? I've been reading this thread, and it seems like there are a lot of problems with it. If it doesn't come with Kit Kat will it automatically update?

It'll probably be Kit Kat. If not, it will probably be on older firmware if they send you one they had in stock for a while. It won't update automatically. You can postpone the update.

Got a LG G2 a little over a week ago from Verizon. It needed the KitKat update. Got it OTA and everything is perfect. Don't worry about KitKat.
