Per Rukbat's post on this thread http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-note-4/509423-opinions-antivirus.html
I decided to switch to AVG Anti Virus from Lookout. When I attempted to uninstall Lookout I could only uninstall the updates so I disabled it because I don't want two anti-virus apps running simultaneously.
The fact that I was unable to completely uninstall Lookout means it was pre-installed on the phone correct?
As an aside I've used Lookout for years but I always installed it from my Play Store apps on a new phone. On my N4 I don't remember if I did or not. Rukbat's post was the first I'd heard/seen anything about a problem w/ Lookout. Since he/she didn't respond to my question about what needed to be disabled and what would happen if it wasn't I still don't know what the problem w/ Lookout is but to be on the safe side I switched to AVG.
