I just got my AT&T Nexus One today and I've notice something about the screen. When the brightness is turn completely off, the screen looks purple, but when its turn on, it looks normal.

Is this normal for you all Nexus One's too?

I didn't have anyone near me, but I took a picture of my iPhone box. The picture looks fine on the screen (in person) when its turn on the level after the no brightness.

If the colors are a good representation of what the box looks like to you in person, then I'd say your screen is fine.

No Nexus One here (yet) but on my LG Dare, the links do appear as red. The people in the photos look natural. Sounds like you are already convinced that your display isn't right, so go ahead with the return.

looks not quite normal to me.... looks washed out and has that whiteish/blueish cast to it... at least compared to my Nexus (T-Mo version)...

Well, there first solution is to do a factory reset. I am going to try this and see if it works. He said that AT&T phone (OTA) or something of that sorts, suppose to have a blu-ish color to it, and T-Mobile's version has a black color to it.
