Hey, guys!
I was wonder if the battery of my Galaxy S7 Edge (Version GM-9350F) with Exynios Processor is normal.
I'm only getting 5 hours of Screen on Time. I've seen people on the forums getting around 6, 7 and even 8 hours of SoT.
My usage is pretty average...
The main apps used are WhatsApp, Spotify, Browsing and, sometimes, a short session of game (Castle TD and UFC mainly).
Here are the shots:

PS.: This is my 4th charge circle.
PS².: I've disabled autosync and wifi/bluetooth search location. Also, brighteness is set to around 40%.

Hello there!

17 hours and 43 minutes of total uptime with nearly 5 hours of screen-on-time isn't too bad, but it could be better.

Do you use mobile data often? Note that the other users with higher SOT numbers may have different usage patterns, and SOT is correlated with usage patterns, and you need to factor in overall device uptime and battery draw for a better picture.

You mentioned that this is your 4th charge cycle. Is this device obtained recently? If so, it might take a while for it to be "run-in". It should stabilize soon.

Nothing wrong with those stats.

Hey! Yes, I bought it 3 days ago.
When I'm not in home, I do use LTE. So, yea, I don't know...

5 hours SOT is perfect I usually get 5-6 depending on what I use. Don't worry for now

Thanks for your replies, guys. I just saw some people saying that they could get around 6,5 up to 7,5 hours in Screen on Time, and I got kind of scared, thinking that my phone could be deffective...
So... nothing to worry about, right?
Thanks!

5 hours of SOT with 17 hours of use is not bad at all. In fact, it's actually pretty good. It could be better, but that's only when you play around with the settings to squeeze more runtime out of it, which in this case, isn't really needed.

Note that SOT directly correlates with usage pattern. Some heavier users may get more SOT numbers, but as a consequence, may have shorter overall uptime.

You have to take into consideration the usage pattern of an individual alongside the total uptime and SOT in order to get a better idea of how a phone performs battery-wise with that usage pattern.

I wish i can get those crazy SOT with my S6 edge :(

My S6 edge can only handle 3 hours SOT and 15 hours up time before reaching 20% battery left.

My sister's S7 edge can go up to 4 days with 4 hours SOT.
