is my fastboot mode "normal"?

i got in the recovery mode, and i got this on my screen. is everything updated or normal?

fastboot mode

variant - flo 16g
hw version - rev_e
bootloader version - flo-03.15
...
signing - yes
secure boot - enabled
lock state - locked

Looks normal to me. My lock state is "unlocked" (which I did), but all other values are the same as mine.
