Is my Galaxy s5 g900vvru2vdqi2 marshmallow 6.01 rootable?

I am reading conflicting info but want to root my Galaxy s5 g900vvru2vdqi2 marshmallow 6.01 as I am tired of the bloatware and need the memory. I am an IT guy but have no experience rooting phones. Can I root this device or not? If so can someone tell me how or point me to a thread that will?

CF Autoroot is supposed to be rooting the stock ROM as of April 2014, but it trips Knox. Have a look at https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5 for other methods (possibly - I didn't search through it).

It all depends, in the case of the Verizon G900V model only, which eMMC is installed on your phone.
