Is my game playable?

I published my first game that I have made by myself. I only have 3 downloads(my family) and am wondering if my game is garbage or if it has potential.

I cannot post links but if you go on google play and search Captain Cactus it is there. If anyone could point me out in the right direction, as far as improving this game or future games that would be much appreciated.

I don't play computer games (which is funny, since I spent a few years writing games for various computers - it paid well), but at a glance I'd say your game is playable. But it takes time. If you don't have more downloads by September, set up a blog on a free hosting site and write about games - mentioning yours every week or so. But don't make it look like an advertising site - play lots of other Android games and write about them.
