Is my note 2 FAKE??!!!

my note 2 has imei number but when i enter the number in the imei checking website it say it is not available, what to do?

What website should i check to see the manufacturer name, etc..

i bought it from expansys usa $649
and also my dont have the sticker on the box saying do not accept if the seal is broke label, it just came without it. Is it fake?

Are you using Check IMEI - IMEI.info ?
Make sure that you do not confuse the o with 0 and the number 1 with letter l

Why not just register it at Samsung? They will tell you when it was manufactured and then also send you a 50% discount coupon code for any accessories.

check the battery, back cover, usb interface, etc.. fake can be easily spot,
