is my phone really fine

[Android Central Question]

dropped my phone in water but took it out really fast and kept in in paper towels until i got home to put it in rice i kept it in rice for 12 hours but i can still see a tiny bit of water in my screen which is cracked but the phone works perfectly fine even with the water can someone just help me better understand whats happening

Welcome to Android Central! Don't be surprised if the phone starts to get buggy in a few days, when the water that has made its way inside your phone starts to cause corrosion. I'd make sure to backup all of your important data now​, just in case.
