Is my phone safe after I clicked and exited out of an warning pop ad?

[Android Central Question]

An warning pop up ad appear early yesterday saying it'll lock my phone in a day, I clicked cancel on the pop up and immediately left and delete the tap, is my phone? (I'm the same guy from yesterday about this pop up ad, I checked everything)
