is my phone still region locked

when I got my S6 it was region locked until I made 5 minutes of phone calls, I have made over 5 minutes of calls, but is there any way of checking that the phone has been region unlocked as it doesn't come up with any message or anything to tell you.
I would rather not wait until I go on holiday somewhere outside of Europe to find it is not unlocked and can't use it

If you're going somewhere outside of Europe , say the US, and you want to use your smartphone with a local SIM, you can disable the region lock by first placing (or receiving) a five-minute call within one of the approved countries. Apart from that If your smartphone is rooted, you can also remove the region lock by downloading and installing the RegionLockAway app from Chainfire at XDA Developers.

as I say in my initial question, I have already made over 5 minutes of calls, but there is nothing to confirm that it has unlocked, until you go to a non European Country, then it is too late if it doesn't work , my phone is not rooted
