Is my S5 receiving the Internet?

Is there an icon or app that can definitely tell me if I am receiving an Internet signal. I can tell if I am receiving WiFi, but do I have to bring up Google/Facebook, etc and wait to see if there is Internet in the signal?

I have WiFI Connection Manager, WiFI Analyzer and WiFi Manager installed on the S5.

Yes. Just being connected to WiFi doesn't really mean "anything". You could be connected to WiFi but have no internet access. Open Chrome (or other browser) on your phone and go to a site that you haven't usually visited. I say this to be sure that web pages have not been cached. If you are in the US, try visiting cbc.ca (this is the biggest Canadian news site and our national broadcaster). If you can pull that up, you've got internet.
