Is my Verizon plan 5G or 4G LTE

The Verizon Start plan states the following 2 features, listed in the plan features, can someone explain the apparent dichotomy.

5G Nationwide
4G LTE data

5G Nationwide does not include Verizon's much faster mmWave 5G Ultra Wideband network: www.verizon.com/support/5g-mobile-faqs/#difference. I believe 5G Nationwide piggybacks off the 4G LTE signal.
