Is Nexus 7 a good choice to watch movies in bed?

Geezuz! How do I watch movies on the nexus7? I have tried downloading the flash player and the Mozilla browser but it still won't work. I even tried downloading an app to watch movies thru the app and STILL nothing,,,I am really hating my nexus 7

Yeah I just checked on the prime on the prime movie site and no go on on either my samsung or my n7 tablets. What a shame, it looks like they have a great selection ans all for free with prime membership.

I am stock 4.4.2 and have sideloaded Flash. With Dolphin browser (with JetPack) set to Desktop Mode and Flash enabled, I am having no trouble viewing Amazon Prime video.

I'm on a trial amazon prime membership right now. The free shipping is great, but I've seen zero prime movies that interest me. I like old classic films and it seems that basically all they have is recent junk.

How do I side load flash? Never done that I'm a newbie?

It's a very nice device, the screen looks wonderful for movies and it's small/light enough to old without your arms getting to tired. It plays video content like a boss too!

Google Play in the US is giving away Elf for free right now.
Google Play in the UK is giving away (prep for a list of the stuff): -
Mini Movies: Shaun the Sheep: The Big Chase (click add to libary on the popup when you add your device it's the only way to get it) Despicable Me Minion Madness (free in store)
Free TV Show:- Battlestar Galactia (04) E1, Community E1, Downton Abbey E1, Dual Survival 101 (mini), Justified E1, Mr.Selfridge E1, Veep E1, The Newsroom E1 and finally Doctor Who mini episodes The Last day of the doctor and the night of the doctor :)

(those free gift things may not be available when you get it)

better than holding the old flat screen over your head

And that was better than holding the old big tube tv over your head!

I agree with the guy who said 7" is too small, though. I would like a bigger screen now that I use my tablet so much - either 8 or maybe 10 inch, though they are talking about 12 or 13 inchers. It's difficult to read things on the 7. You need to keep shifting the page around. Better than my 4.2" though!

All personal preferences. My last tablet was a 10", and I prefer the 7" size for both movies and reading when on travel or in bed. :)
