Is Numbersync Down

I decided to wipe my watch and try again. I believe numbersync has been causing all my battery drain. However for the first 5 days I had the watch it worked fine. Since I wiped the device and removed it from numbersync I have not been able to re-register. An error is coming up that there is a backend issue. I assume this is what has been causing my drain when I was connected. Are others seeing this or does it appear to be something only effecting me. Thanks in advance.
 
See my response on another thres. You have to give it some time without trying to generate a code. The att system needs time to update. Leave it for an hour on both watch and MY ATT app. That worked for me after a wipe.
