Is sound supposed to only come out of one of the speakers?

When I'm playing music on the N5, the left peaker produces sound, while the right one doesn't.

That's normal. The right grill houses the microphone only

Yeah it's only one. The other is the microphone.

Nexus 5 is a mono speaker similar to the G2 the other speaker grill hides a microphone.
