Is Sprint changing another extra $10 for their plans

My friend just told me she got mail from Sprint that they are changing their plans to 89.99 for the 79.99 plan?

I haven't gotten any notice from them yet but can someone else confirm?

EDIT: NM my friend didn't know what she was talking about. Its to be Gold member you need 89.99 plan or higher.
