Is tethering disabled in Marshmallow?

I recently received the 6.0 update on my Nexus 7 2013, and was disappointed to see that the tethering and hotpot options have been removed from the setup menu. Previously, I had connected my N7 to my desktop computer and was able to pass through the wifi connection from my tablet to my computer without any problems. That function seems to have been removed now. Can anyone confirm this? Has mobile hotspot also been disabled? If so, this would be a considerable feature regression, in my opinion.
