Is the AT&T HTC One M9 on backorder?

I purchase a M9 from AT&T on 4/1 and it has yet to ship and AT&T has no clue what's going on with the shipment. besides the fact that it could ship today or in three days from now.

What color did you guys order? The Silver/gold seems to be taking longer than the Gunmetal to ship. At least that's what I've gathered from these threads.

I ordered the silver m9, so maybe I got lucky. I also ordered from ATT

Finally got my shipping confirmation from HTC for my unlocked silver M9. It'll be here Wednesday. Its about damn time since I ordered on the 27th.
