Is the Gear S2 worth getting to pair with GN7

I found a Gear S2 refurb for 129.00. This will be my first smartwatch. do you guys think it is a good buy.

Absolutely. I just picked up the Classic for $99.00 at Verizon.

Verizon has the regular Gear S2 for $49.00 and the Classic for $99.00

These are New, not refurb and have 3G.

I also just got the VZW Gear S2 for $49 (Best Buy price matched VZW) and love it. Never thought much about a smart watch before but I can see in another month or so not knowing how I lived without it. Currently working with my Note 4 until my Note 7 arrives.

For the 3G model yes. It has its own phone number. The monthly fee is a flat $5 extra per month for 24 months. So $49 plus the $5 X 24 months = $169.

Yes, the watch has it's own phone number and it's $5.00 a month.

Has its own number for the data. If you get a phone call will ring on your mobile# if u want to use standalone you can have your number forwarded.

Yup tried to do the same. but they said that they wouldn't have anymore instock until around December. I didn't want to wait that long for the watch so I bought one from best buy. I love it.
