Key indicator without even looking at the site that this phone is not water proof would be the fact that you a basically pull the phone apart exposing things when you remove the bottom to exchange modules. That right there says I am not water proof, another is the fact that once you have added the new module its not really flush if you look at the pictures there is a gap showing in a lot of frames where someone's hand can be seen through the openings at the bottom so it doesn't even sill tightly when switching these parts. And no mention of nano coating no where from MWC to today equals Not water resistant or waterproof two different set ups.
