Is the Motorola G7 Optimo Max for Straight Talk the same as the Motorola G7 Power?

Is the Motorola G7 Optimo Max for Straight Talk the same as the Motorola G7 Power and what is some evidence that it is, and why do carriers change the names?

Carriers used to do this a lot more in the old days. The same model might have a different name on each carrier (and the names were often hilariously long, like "Sprint MyTouch Epic II 4G LTE" or something like that).
