Is the Motorola RAZR MAXX HD phone compatible with Verizon's new XLTE network?

Is the Motorola RAZR MAXX HD phone compatible with Verizon's new XLTE network? Verizon lists the DROID MAXX as compatible but I am not sure if that phone is in the same family as the RAZR MAXX phones.

No. The Razr Maxx HD and Razr Maxx are different. HD is 2012, Maxx is 2013.
