So I found a Droid x2 in my sister-in-law's old phone box. She didn't know if that was one she had, or it was someone gave her because it was water damaged(She's in the middle of a move, she doesn't know where anything is). It has no battery. So I plugged it into a charger. It flashes the Motorola logo, and goes to the battery screen. Since there is no battery in there, it just shows question mark. So I put in my battery from my Droid X.
Since the power button is broken, I have to plug into a charger to get it to turn on. It flashes Motorola logo. It shows battery charging icon. But when I hit the power button, nothing happens, no matter how hard I push my thumb down. Can I plug into my computer and make it turn on that way? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
P.S. When I took my battery out of my droid X, it showed charging at 58%. When I plugged it into the X2, it said 80%. Don't know if it means anything. Just thought i would mention that.
